Les Parker is the Group Director of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance for the Paralloy Group, where he is responsible for overseeing environmental, health and safety legal compliance across all operations. In this role, he leads the strategic alignment and continuous improvement of EHS performance, while ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of internationally recognised standards, including ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and 50001 (Energy Management) across a unified global organisation.
Les brings more than 35 years of experience in environmental, health and safety leadership, including three previous Group-level leadership roles, giving him a deep and practical understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and organisational culture transformation. His career has been defined by a strong commitment to protecting people, safeguarding the environment, and embedding sustainable, high-performance systems within complex industrial settings.
Since joining Paralloy 7 years ago, Les has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s safety culture, driving improvements in behavioural safety, accountability, and operational discipline across the business. His leadership approach focuses on engagement at all levels of the organisation, ensuring that safety and environmental responsibility are fully integrated into everyday operations rather than treated as standalone functions.
Known for his pragmatic approach, depth of expertise, and ability to drive cultural change, Les continues to position EHS and compliance as a core pillar of Paralloy's operational excellence and long-term business success.

Kevin has a wide-ranging manufacturing background spanning automotive, energy, nuclear, defence, and during the bulk of his career the Petrochemical industry – he has manufactured castings in many ferrous and non-ferrous alloys and has made castings ranging from a few grammes to over 100 tonnes in weight. He has a deep foundry technical knowledge and has a strong understanding of complex manufacturing and industrial needs for the range of clients we supply.
Respected and recognised for his operational leadership, negotiation and decision making he has successfully managed and delivered international projects. Passionate about making a high-quality product at the correct price, whilst ensuring detailed technical requirements, inspections and controls are respected and followed. Kevin is an integral part of the Paralloy Group team.

Design & Innovation
Paralloy provides engineering consultancy from patenting new materials through to detailed design, leveraging metallurgical expertise to for alloys, cast methods (centrifugal/static) and post-cast machining/finishing. Our team supports bespoke part design for high-temperature applications, modelling thermal and mechanical performance, advising on alloy selection, and producing manufacturable patterns and tooling. This end-to-end engineering reduces risk in critical plant applications by aligning material properties to operating environments and ensuring components meet OEM and regulatory standards.
Manufacturing
Paralloy Group’s manufacturing capability covers centrifugally spun and static cast in hundreds of stainless steel and nickel alloys, backed by in-house machining, heat-treatment and surface finishing. Consolidated foundry processes on site enable rapid iteration and strict process control, delivering large, high-integrity near net shape components and complex fabrications.
