Our syngas solutions support methanol, hydrogen, and synthetic fuel production facilities with a comprehensive range of high-performance components and technologies. The Paralloy Group supplies reformer catalyst tubes along with all associated parts, including inlet and outlet pigtails and complete outlet manifold assemblies in both hot and cold collected configurations.

We also offer new heat-transfer–enhancing technologies designed to improve efficiency and reduce CO₂ emissions. Across the syngas value chain, our capabilities span material selection, welding recommendations, installation services, and full metallurgical assessment, ensuring that every system is engineered for reliability, safety, and long-term performance.

This advanced modelling allows us to refine designs, reduce risk, and deliver syngas plant solutions that operate at peak efficiency from the moment they are commissioned.
