These materials are proven to operate at temperatures up to 1200 °C inside fired heaters processing heavy hydrocarbons, while maintaining metallurgical stability and dimensional accuracy. Our manufacturing approach, spanning controlled melting, precision casting, machining, and fabrication, has been refined over decades to ensure consistent quality and long service performance in severe operating conditions.

In addition to these capabilities, we supply ethylene cracking coils, ethylene cracking tubes, petrochemical fittings, and small-diameter tubes for use in demanding petrochemical and process industry applications.

We also work with clients on design modifications that enhance production efficiency and reduce emissions.

Our proprietary alloys, such as OPTIM AL and XAL4, have demonstrated up to a 40% increase in component life, with run-length improvements of up to 2× when processing gas feedstocks. Likewise, our PEP solution has enabled operators to de-bottleneck furnaces and boost plant output without adding new cracking capacity, simply by upgrading coil technology.
