Paralloy Group’s turbine capabilities are built on a heritage dating back to 1935 with the founding of Firth Vickers. Today, we continue that legacy by supplying high-performance centrifugal and static cast components to turbine OEMs and operators around the world.
We provide comprehensive support across the component lifecycle, including design for manufacture, prototyping, small-batch production, alloy development, machining, and full turn-key supply. Our engineering teams work with customers to optimise designs for performance and manufacturability, while also offering machining-only services for those supplying their own specifications.
A key differentiator is our Centri-Shape process, a centrifugal casting method that produces near-net-shape components with superior metallurgical integrity. This technology delivers higher quality and shorter lead times compared with traditional static casting and offers cost and delivery advantages over forgings.
Our in-house capabilities include design engineering, 3D Flow casting simulation, and dedicated alloy development, enabling us to predict and resolve manufacturing challenges before production begins. These capabilities support the reliability and efficiency expected in demanding turbine environments.
Advanced Cast Turbine Components with Certified Quality
Paralloy is certified to AS9100 and holds NADCAP approval for special casting processes, ensuring that every component meets stringent regulatory and quality requirements. Our manufacturing scale includes centrifugal castings up to 3.5 metres in diameter and 2.5 tonnes net weight, large tubes up to 1.5 metres in diameter and 8 metres in length, and static castings up to 14 tonnes. We offer a wide alloy portfolio including carbon steels, stainless grades, duplex and super-duplex materials, and nickel-based alloys.
