A History of Innovation, Excellence, and Commitment.

From a visit by the Lord Lieutenant in 1977, to receiving the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 1997 and the King’s Award for Enterprise in 2024, our story at Paralloy Group is one of continuous innovation, excellence and commitment, values cast into every alloy we create.
The images, separated by nearly three decades, tell a powerful story of consistency, resilience and progress. Few companies can claim such a legacy of sustained innovation, engineering excellence and unwavering commitment to both people and performance.
At Paralloy Group, innovation is not an occasional project, it is embedded in everything we do. From pioneering new alloy developments to investing in advanced manufacturing technologies, we continually push the boundaries of what is possible in high-performance materials.
Through close collaboration with our customers across the Energy, Hydrogen, Petrochemical, Nuclear, Defence and Industrial sectors, we engineer tailored solutions for extreme environments. This includes high-temperature, high-stress and highly corrosive conditions with precision and confidence.
Our strength lies in our end-to-end capability. We offer a complete service, from bespoke design and steel casting through to precision CNC machining and fully fabricated assemblies, all of which are thoroughly tested, inspected and ready for service.
This fully integrated approach gives us complete control over quality and delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of metallurgical integrity and mechanical performance. Every component we produce reflects our pursuit of excellence, from first pour to final inspection.
Commitment defines us. Commitment to our people, our customers and to continuous improvement. Our ongoing investment in technology, sustainability and skills development ensures that we not only meet today’s challenges but lead the way for tomorrow.
This dedication continues to earn industry recognition, with us having been nominated for the MX Awards 2025 and the Lloyds Bank British Business Excellence Awards.
These accolades represent far more than trophies. They embody the teamwork, technical expertise and shared pride that run through every part of our organisation. Built on these strong foundations, we have grown to employ more than 1,000 people across seven sites, generating revenues exceeding £200 million, all while keeping our focus firmly on the future.
Looking ahead, we remain committed to the principles that have always defined us: innovation, excellence and commitment. From the 1997 Queen’s Award to the 2024 King’s Award, and every achievement in between, our story continues to showcase the very best of engineering, where precision drives performance.
